Critical Path is a game that takes the Chart of the Nuclides, a big book of isotopes of elements that many nuclear engineers are familiar with, and makes a game out of it. Everyone starts as an atom of Uranium 235 (the primary element in nuclear fuel) and attempts to find the fastest path, or “critical path”, to become a stable isotope of Lead. For this project I got to work with actual nuclear engineers (!) to help bring their vision to life.
